A Gift Guide to Shop Small and Local (for Under $50!)
I am pretty convinced I live in one of the very best cities in America. Richmond, VA is FULL of creative geniuses, amazing artists, and the most talented makers, and I knew I had to share a handful of them with you this year!
All of the makers featured here are actually people whose work I've either personally purchased, people I'm real life friends with, or people I've met at various craft fairs and shops around town! I always want to be sure I'm recommending people I can truly vouch for, and everyone on this list is topnotch in my book.
Nothing here is more than $50, and I tried to include items at a couple different price points from each artist to give you some options depending on your budget.
ps-- I don't get anything from any of these artists for sharing about them-- I just genuinely love their work and want to brag about it. I'd love for you to support them too, or to find artists in your own area this holiday season as you shop! It makes such a difference in their lives and is way more rewarding than shopping big business.
