8 Vegan + Gluten-Free Snacks I'm Loving Lately

Crunchy Peanut Butter CLIF Bars // These are a great mid-morning or afternoon between-meals snack. Love anything PB flavored, and 11 grams of protein doesn’t hurt!

Vegan Rob’s Dairy-Free Cheddar Puffs + Probiotic Cauliflower Puffs // Got these for just about $2 a bag on Thrive Market and they are SO GOOD. I’m a big fan of crunchy, salty, cheesy snacks, and these hit the spot. They are like puffy Cheeto consistency, with great flavor and crunch. The probiotic ones (taste like a combo of pirate’s booty and the veggie booty!) make me feel like I’m just eating a super healthy great snack, so bonus.

Organic banana chips // I always snag a cheap bag of these at Aldi or Lidl, and they’re the best crunchy + sweet snack. (Try not to eat the whole bag at once!)

Paulette’s Maple Bacon Vegan Jerky // This was such a random buy, but DANG IT’S GOOD. I didn’t even really like beef jerky back in my long-ago meat-eating days, but something about the sound of this intrigued me… and it was a delicious treat. Perfectly chewy and smoky with great flavor… I (again) wanted to eat the whole bag in one sitting! (Also from Thrive Market)

TJ’s Pumpkin Spice Granola Bark // This was a new discovery, but these little squares make for a great dessert. I’m not a huge chocolate fan, but this is the perfect amount for me, mixed with great pumpkin flavors and crunchy granola.

Soft and Juicy Mango // This is one of my favorite sweet treat snacks to have on hand! (Thanks, Trader Joe’s!) There is sugar added which isn’t ideal, I know, but having a piece or two of this for dessert still feels like a better choice than straight up candy so WHATEVER.

Plantain Chips + hummus or guac // I snag plantain chips either from TJ’s or on Thrive Market — they’re perfectly salty and satisfy your chip cravings while being better than just corn chips. I’m super into them. That tomato basil hummus from TJ’s is my favorite — it’s less like a true tahini-based hummus and more like just a yummy dip. I’ll grab cheap guac from Aldi or Lidl (it was BOGO this week, HOLLA!) or make my own if avocados are in season and looking good!

Pecan Pumpkin Pie Spiced Date Rolls // Okay, so my TRUE most favorite snack is dates with a heaping scoop of peanut butter, but seeing these enticed me… and they’re good. Perfect fall treat. (But I still like straight up dates + PB better.)
